How to import and export MySQL database in Navicat
1. Importing data into MySQL from other databases
MySQL supports importing data from many
different types of databases. You can import data from SQL Server, Oracle,
Access, PostgreSQL, Informix, DB2, Sybase, Ingres, InterBase, Firebird, and
ODBC-compliant databases.
The import function allows you to import data into your database. You can choose between importing data from a file that contains comma-separated values (CSV) or a tab-delimited text file
2. Exporting data from MySQL to other databases
You can export data from MySQL to any database that supports the ODBC standard. This includes Microsoft's SQL Server, Oracle, and Access databases.
Exporting data out of MySQL can be done using the UNLOAD command or through the use ODBC drivers.
Exporting data
from MySQL is done using the same method as importing data. However, instead of
importing data, you would be exporting data from your database. This is done by
executing a SELECT statement
